GDPR

On May 25, 2018, the EU's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect.

The regulation affects the way Herlufsholm School and Estate handle personal data about our registrants, as well as the rights we must inform our registrants about.

Categories of registered individuals:

  • Employees (applicants, current, and former employees)
  • Students (applicants, current, and former students, as well as bridge students)
  • Parents/guardians/payers/residential addresses (weekend address) for the above students
  • Deceased persons and relatives of the deceased at Herlufsholm Cemetery

In the "Personal Data Handbook," "Information Security Policy," and "Surveillance Policy" below – applicable to Herlufsholm School and Estate – you can find our guidelines for how we handle your personal data and what rights you have if you are registered with us.
