You pay quaterly
When you enroll as a student at Herlufsholm School, you will initially be charged an administration fee and a deposit. After that, you will receive invoices every quarter. You can sign up for Payment Service or pay the invoice within one month. A reminder fee of DKK 100 will be charged for the first reminder, and DKK 100 for subsequent reminders, and the debt will accrue interest at 1% per month.
We particularly want to emphasize that both custodial parents are responsible for the payment of school fees.
Boarding student's accounts
On your quarterly invoice, as parents of a boarding student, you may occasionally notice charges from the student residence account. These charges stem from shared activities that your child has participated in with their dormitory peers, such as a trip to the cinema or dining out.
Financial support
As parents, you can apply for a reduction in the school fees or sibling discount if you have multiple children attending the school. Applications for reductions must be submitted to the school by June 1st. When applying for a reduction, you may be required to fill out an application for a student grant. This is not a free stay, but rather a special financial contribution from the state that lowers the school fees.
